Reporting to the CRM Manager, the Senior CRM specialist is passionate about data. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist CRM Manager in delivering the strategy to optimize customer retention and to increase new customers’ acquisition
  • Work with CRM Campaign Manager on campaign planning and execution, ensuring campaigns are built to brief, achieving objectives and ROI
  • Assist in evolving, optimizing, and launching future phases of the loyalty program
  • Collaborate and work to improve customer segmentation and personalization strategies through testing and analysis, providing recommendations to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Creating and developing multi-channel communications including email, SMS and push messages, all aimed at improving customer retention
  • Providing analysis and insights in support of strategic business issues
  • Managing database quality, integrity and enrichment

Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years in CRM
  • Experience within email/marketing automation system
  • Experience of working with segments and customer audiences
  • A Degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Basic knowledge of German is a plus
  • Ability to understand strategic business needs, develop corresponding analysis and recommend actions
  • An ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced and international environment
  • Have project management and communication skills
